Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 sweet potato(s)
- e.g. orange juice
- 1 tsp harissa
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
with fruity harissa pepper
Wash the sweet potato and halve it lengthwise. Score the cut surface into a diamond shape and season with salt and pepper. Mix together a marinade from orange juice, harissa, and oil and gently brush it over the potatoes. Place the sweet potatoes on the hot grill next to the embers and carefully turn them occasionally. Cooking time: approximately 20-30 minutes. After about 15 minutes, carefully spread the marinade over the potatoes, occasionally spreading it over the potatoes.
