Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 large mushrooms, brown
- 1 turkey breast fillet(s)
- e.g. rapeseed oil
- Pepper from the mill
- Sea salt
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Cut the turkey breast fillet into eighths. Thread the pieces of meat, alternating with the mushroom caps, onto shish kebab skewers. Brush with rapeseed oil and season with sea salt, pepper, and paprika. Then place on the hot grill and grill for 5 minutes on each side.
