Grilled Turkey Rolls with Basil Pesto
The perfect grilled turkey rolls with basil pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
The pesto
- 3 Discs Cooked ham
- 1 pot Basil
- 50 g Pine nuts
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 60 ml Olive oil
- 1 Splash Lemon concentrate
Dressing for the colorful salad
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Fresh oregano
- Fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp Forest honey liquid
- Pluck the basil leaves, wash and pat dry. Cut the garlic cloves into strips. Toast the pine nuts. Finely chop the basil, pine nuts, garlic, sugar and pine nuts in a tall mug with a hand blender. Add the olive oil until a “homogeneous” mixture is obtained. Season to taste with the lemon juice.
- Beat the turkey schnitzel flat. Put the boiled ham on the schnitzel and brush with the pesto. Roll up into a roulade and secure with the wooden skewers.
- Prepare the grill and grill the turkey rolls on both sides for about 15 minutes, turning them regularly.
- Mix the dressing and serve with a colorful salad.
