Turkey Rolls with Homemade Pesto

The perfect turkey rolls with homemade pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Discs Turkey schnitzel
  • 150 g Pesto green
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 125 g Vegetable broth
  1. Knock the schnitzel completely flat and brush with the pesto. Roll the schnitzel up and secure with wooden sticks. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the turkey rolls well on all sides. Pour in the broth and simmer the rolls for about 12 minutes until they are done. If you like, you can thicken the broth with flour and use it as a sauce. Remove the rolls from the broth and cut into slices as desired. A fresh seasonal salad goes well with it.
