Grilled vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 pack of feta cheese or sheep’s cheese
  • some oil
  • some balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

for grill or oven

Cut the vegetables and feta cheese into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Add a little oil and a generous splash of balsamic vinegar and mix everything together. Place 1-1 1/2 tablespoons of this mixture per serving onto a piece of aluminum foil and fold it up. In summer, place on the grill or cook in the oven at 150°C for about 20 minutes (slightly less if preheated).
