Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 bell peppers
  • 3 carrots
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • some soy sauce (shoyu)
  • some vegetable stock powder
  • some oregano
  • some basil
  • some paprika powder
  • some cayenne pepper
  • some pepper
  • some garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

vegan, high-carb, low-fat

Mix the chopped vegetables with soy sauce, spices and herbs and bake on a baking tray lined with baking paper at 150 °C for approx. 30 – 40 minutes.
