Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ¼ melon(s) (watermelon)
- 100 ml balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp honey

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Vegetarian sashimi
Reduce the balsamic vinegar and honey until it reaches a syrupy consistency. Cut the watermelon into 8 even, square pieces and remove the seeds. Sear in a dry grill pan for 1 minute on each side. Drizzle or brush with a few drops of the balsamic reduction before serving.
