Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp, heaped herbs de Provence, frozen
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • some salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

super tasty and simple, healthy, vegetarian

Peel and press the garlic. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, remove the stems, and place them cut-side down in an aluminum grill tray or pan. Add the garlic. Sprinkle with herbs, pepper, and sea salt, drizzle with olive oil, and cook on a hot grill or in a pan for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve with toasted baguette, if desired.
