Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Soy sauce
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

perfect side dish for steak

Slice the onion into (half) rings. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Combine with a generous splash of soy sauce and oil and mix well. Build a small pan out of aluminum foil. Brush with oil, add the pickled onions, and place on the hot grill. Stir occasionally. Then simply place on top of the grilled meat.
