Grilling & Co: Quick Dip with Garlic & Cucumber

The perfect grilling & co: quick dip with garlic & cucumber recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Quark lean
  • 500 g Low fat yogurt
  • 1 a cup Sour cream 10% fat
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 piece Finely chopped cucumber
  • 1 Solo garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Salad topping with garlic or Greek
  • Salt
  • White milled pepper
  1. Mix the quark, yoghurt, olive oil and sour cream in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Peel the cucumber, cut lengthways and remove the seeds from the center before chopping them into small pieces.
  3. 3rd tip for everyone who has the Tupperware chef in the house: I made both the cucumber and then the solo garlic small in it. The garlic was chopped up until nothing went, the pieces of garlic left a little larger
