- 500 g Quark lean
- 500 g Low fat yogurt
- 1 a cup Sour cream 10% fat
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 piece Finely chopped cucumber
- 1 Solo garlic finely chopped
- 1 Salad topping with garlic or Greek
- Salt
- White milled pepper
- Mix the quark, yoghurt, olive oil and sour cream in a bowl until smooth.
- Peel the cucumber, cut lengthways and remove the seeds from the center before chopping them into small pieces.
- 3rd tip for everyone who has the Tupperware chef in the house: I made both the cucumber and then the solo garlic small in it. The garlic was chopped up until nothing went, the pieces of garlic left a little larger
