Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g quark
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 g flaxseed, whole or crushed
  • 100 g almonds, ground
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Sunflower seeds for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Low-carb

Mix the quark and eggs thoroughly. Add the remaining ingredients and knead for 2 minutes. Pour the dough into a loaf pan and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 60 minutes. The oven does not need to be preheated.
