Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1,500 g potatoes, coarsely grated
- 100 g shallot(s), in small cubes
- 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
- 100 g flour
- 30 g parsley, chopped
- 5 eggs
- some oil
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions

Luxembourgish-style potato pancakes
Combine potatoes, shallots, garlic, flour, parsley, and eggs thoroughly and season with salt, pepper, and freshly grated nutmeg. Form into patties and fry in hot oil. They’re cooked when the edges are golden brown.
