Gruel Soup
The perfect gruel soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 10 g Butter
- 40 g Oatmeal
- 2 tbsp Soup greens
- 0,5 l Vegetable broth
- 1 Egg
- Let the butter flow and roast the oatmeal.
- Fill up with the vegetable stock and add the soup greens, simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Whisk the egg and finally add it to the soup.
