simple, quick and delicious

Chop the dill and parsley. Remove the rinds from the cheese slices and cut into 6 mm thick slices. Alternate the cheese slices and ham between the slices of toast. Grease a baking dish and place the toast vertically. Whisk together all the remaining ingredients for the topping and pour over the toast. It’s best to coat each slice of toast with some of the liquid, otherwise the dry spots will brown faster than the rest. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20-25 minutes. Salad makes a great side dish.
