Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tomato(s), diced
  • ½ onion(s) (vegetable onion), diced
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 dashes of Tabasco
  • Tomato paste (7 cm snake from the tube)
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the avocados, remove the pit, and mash them with a fork. Mix them with the remaining ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. This guacamole can be served as a dip for nachos or as a side dish to Tex-Mex dishes.
