Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 150g Gorgonzola
- Oil or butter
- 200 ml sweet cream or 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
- Parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Fry the chicken fillets in oil or butter. After frying, keep warm on a plate. Add sour or sweet cream and the cheese, cut into small pieces, to the remaining oil. Melt over low heat. Return the fillets to the prepared sauce. Simmer for a while longer. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve with fresh salad.
