Guacamole with Cranberries and Pasta

The perfect guacamole with cranberries and pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Fresh avocado
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Lime juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Basil
  • Thyme
  • 100 g Yogurt
  • 50 g Dried cranberries (without sugar)
  • Olive oil
  • 1 p Gluten free pasta
  1. Cut the acovados in half, remove the stone and remove the pulp with a spoon and put in a blender. Puree with all other ingredients – except for the cranberries – and season to taste again.
  2. Stir the cranberries into the guacamole and let everything steep for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Boil the pasta and mix the warm noodles with the guacamole – serve. A delicious, quick recipe.
