Colorful Pasta Salad with Cranberries and Tuna

  • 375 g Colorful spiral noodles
  • 1 Glass Dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 middle Red onion
  • 2 Cans Tuna in its own juice
  • 6 Eßl. Balsamic vinegar light
  • Salt, pepper and sugar to taste
  • 2 teaspoon Medium hot mustard
  • 200 g Dried cranberries
  1. Do not cook the pasta too soft according to the instructions on the packet and then let it cool down. Drain the tomatoes, collecting the oil. Drain the tuna while collecting the juice.
  2. Add the drained tuna juice with the vinegar, sugar, mustard ,. Mix salt and pepper to a marinade. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and add them, as well as the chopped onion. Add the cranberries as well. Chop the drained tuna into small pieces and mix in. Finally stir in the cooled pasta.
  3. Let the salad steep for at least 1 day so that the cranberries can soak and give off flavor. If the salad is too dry, you can stir in the drained oil from the tomatoes or 1 glass of “Pesto Rosso”. It is best to bring the salad to room temperature and then serve.
