Guacemole – Easy, Quick – Low Carb – Healthy and Still Tasty

The perfect guacemole – easy, quick – low carb – healthy and still tasty recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Ripe avocado
  • 1 toe Pressed garlic
  • 4 Branches Parsley (or coriander)
  • 100 g Sour cream or grainy cream cheese
  • 1 Pc. Spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 10 Pc. Cocktail tomatoes red
  • 0,5 Pc. Red chilli pepper
  • Salt
  1. This easy guacemole is a great dip with real nacho chips (salted corn chips). Then it is enough for 4 people. But it also looks good on a buffet at brunch. Looks good and tastes good. And you didn’t bring any tomato and mozzarella skewers with you. Or you eat it like me today as a low carb – actually NO CARB – lunch all by yourself
  2. First you cut the avocado lengthways in half. In the middle is a stone, which you then take out and dispose of. Then you spoon out the avocado meat with a spoon and put it in a soup plate. Add the lime juice and mash the whole thing with a fork. It is important that the avocado is ripe. And please don’t use a hand blender or Thermomix. Then the cream still has structure afterwards. Now stir in the sour cream. If you want to save calories, grainy cream cheese works too. You can also use a 200 g cup there. But please use cream as a chip dip for guests.
  3. Then dice the washed tomatoes into eighths, finely chop the spring onions, finely chop the parsley, and add everything to the cream. Depending on your taste, add the very finely chopped chilli without seeds. I usually don’t do that, I just take some Tabasco. Then season with salt.
  4. The Luzy is finished. Fast, healthy and simply tastes great! Have fun.
