- 500 g Flour
- 250 g Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Grated zest of a lemon
- 0,125 l Milk
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- Fat and flour for the mold

- Chop nuts and raisins. whoever wants can leave it entirely, like me. Mix again and set aside 75g. Mix the rest with 2 tablespoons of flour. - Pour the dough into a Gugelhupf tin that has been greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Cakes in a preheated oven with fan: Bake at 150 degrees for 1 hour.
- Heat the glaze approx. 10 with. Pour over the cake. Sprinkle with the rest of the nut and raisin mixture
