Warm Lamb’s Lettuce
The perfect warm lamb’s lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 1 Handful Lamb’S lettuce
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- 50 g Diced bacon – lean
- 0,5 tsp Chives or parsley
- Salt + pepper
- Oil
- Fry the mushrooms with a little oil.
- Add the bacon cubes.
- Cut the garlic into small cubes + add.
- Season with salt + pepper and herbs.
- Finally, the stove is switched off, lamb’s lettuce, finely plucked, is added and mixed. This doesn’t make the salad completely ‘mushy’, but it is warm! 🙂
