Warm Lamb’s Lettuce

The perfect warm lamb’s lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Handful Lamb’S lettuce
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic
  • 50 g Diced bacon – lean
  • 0,5 tsp Chives or parsley
  • Salt + pepper
  • Oil
  1. Fry the mushrooms with a little oil.
  1. Add the bacon cubes.
  1. Cut the garlic into small cubes + add.
  1. Season with salt + pepper and herbs.
  1. Finally, the stove is switched off, lamb’s lettuce, finely plucked, is added and mixed. This doesn’t make the salad completely ‘mushy’, but it is warm! 🙂
