Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 m.-sized eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of flavoring (e.g. Citro-Back)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 300 g margarine
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
- 100 g mineral water
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 9 tbsp powdered sugar

very tasty and lasts for a few days
First, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Beat the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, Citro-Back, and lemon juice until frothy. Add the margarine, flour, baking powder, and mineral water and mix well, then fold in the beaten egg whites. Preheat oven to 160°C (fan oven). Grease a bundt cake pan and lightly dust with breadcrumbs. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. Cover the cake if necessary to prevent it from overcooking. Let the cake cool and then make a glaze from the powdered sugar and lemon juice. Spread evenly over the cake or simply dust with powdered sugar.
