Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 bread roll, soaked
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 250 g Hungarian-style paprika sauce
- 200 g whipped cream
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 4 onions, chopped
- 2 red bell peppers, diced
- 400 g mushrooms, sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Simple and delicious for every occasion
Combine the minced meat, egg, the well-drained bread roll, salt, and pepper. Press the mixture flat onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for 15 minutes. Mix the remaining ingredients and spread over the baked minced meat. Bake everything together for another 50-60 minutes at 220°C (top/bottom heat).
