Fine crumble cake with fruit of your choice

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 200 g flour
  • Fruit of your choice, e.g. a jar of cherries, or 1 can of pears, or fresh cherries, plums, pears…
  • 80 g butter
  • 100 g flour
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the ingredients into a batter and pour it into a greased springform pan. Make a crumble topping with the remaining ingredients. Top with fruit of your choice and sprinkle with crumble. Bake at 175°C (top and bottom heat) for approximately 40-50 minutes (each oven will vary).
