Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pork strips
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 tbsp garlic oil
- 2 tbsp, heaped cornstarch
- 500 g pasta, e.g. tortiglioni
- 500 g broccoli florets, frozen
- 300 ml hollandaise sauce
- 250 g cheese, grated
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 100 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Mix the minced meat with the garlic oil and starch and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the onions and put the pasta water on. Add the pasta to boiling water and cook according to the package instructions. At the same time, brown the marinated meat all over in a deep pan or wok without any additional oil. Add the onions and season with salt and pepper as desired, then fry briefly. Add the frozen broccoli and pour in a little water to prevent it from burning. Simmer everything on medium heat until the broccoli is thawed or al dente. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan with the other ingredients. Mix everything with the hollandaise sauce. Then season with salt and pepper to taste. Preheat the oven to 150°C (fan). Transfer the contents of the pan to a baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
