Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 pts. puff pastry
- 1 cup of herb cream cheese, approx. 200 g
- 1 cup of cream cheese, natural, approx. 200 g
- 125 g ham, cooked
- 150 g cheese (Emmental, Gouda), grated
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- possibly salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Dice the ham and cut the leek into thin rolls. Combine the cream cheese with the ham, leek, and grated cheese. Spread on the puff pastry and roll up. Cut into approximately 1 cm wide slices and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Do not brush with egg! Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 20-25 minutes.
