Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g meat (ready-made gyros)
- 500 g pasta
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 1 cup of sweet cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente according to the instructions and drain. Fry the gyros thoroughly in a pan, then toss with the pasta and place in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and pour over the cream. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with a green salad. Use less gyros for children, as it would otherwise be too spicy. This casserole can be varied in any way: with feta cheese, diced bell peppers, or corn.
