Gyros in onion and cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 pack of soup (instant onion soup)
  • 1 pack of meat (frozen – gyros)
  • 200 g cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brown the gyro in a pan. Meanwhile, cook the noodles in salted water for about 10 minutes. Combine the cream and milk with the onion soup in a measuring jug. When the gyro is cooked and the noodles are al dente, combine everything in the pan and bring to a gentle boil. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 15-20 minutes.
