Gyros-style Schnitzel with Cabbage and Tzaziki

  • 1 teaspoon Gyros or alternatively –
  • Some pepper, salt, ground, caraway seeds, cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 0,125 liter Vegetable broth hot
  1. Cut the meat into strips. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely, season everything well, mix it with the oil and let it steep for about 1 hour. Then fry everything in the pan until crispy.
