Christmas: Ice Cream Confectionery

The perfect christmas: ice cream confectionery recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For approx. 70 tinfoil capsules:

  • 100 g Milk chocolate
  • 100 g Coconut oil
  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dark cocoa powder
  • Scraped pulp from a bourbon vanilla pod
  • Possibly chocolate sprinkles or colorful sugar sprinkles
  • About 70 tinfoil capsules are available in every well-stocked supermarket or in specialist shops
  1. Cut the chocolate and coconut oil into pieces and place in a metal bowl. Melt on the warm water bath.
  2. Remove the chocolate from the water bath, add powdered sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla sugar to the chocolate mixture and stir in.
  3. Let the ice chocolate mixture cool down a little (it should be lukewarm) and place in a piping bag with a small perforated nozzle. Spread the tinfoil capsules on a baking sheet and fill with the chocolate mixture. Let cool for about 30 minutes.
  4. Place the ice confection in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight) and let it set.
  5. Tip 5: If you like, you can decorate the ice cream confectionery with chocolate sprinkles or colorful sugar pearls. A nice gift idea in a glass.
