Chicken in Curry Cheese Sauce
The perfect chicken in curry cheese sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
The meat
- 8 Chicken mini steaks
- Jalapeño pepper
- Garlic salt coarse
- Frying fat
The sauce
- 1 Red pepper
- 6 Mushrooms
- 1 Red onion, diced
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 200 g Processed cheese
- 2 tablespoon Cream of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Yellow curry
- Chives
- Dill
- Salt and pepper
- Wild garlic noodles
- Cook the pasta in salted water.
- Clean the bell peppers and mushrooms and cut into pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Sort the herbs and cut them finely.
- Season the chicken fillets on both sides and fry them lightly in the pan, remove the fillets and add the peppers and mushrooms, onions and garlic to the same pan and roast, when the vegetables are lightly colored, add a little water (only as much as the vegetables lightly is covered.) Now season with curry, stir in the cheese and sour cream and let it simmer very gently.
- Add the meat back in. Stir in the chopped herbs and let rest for about 10 minutes.
- Serve everything with pasta.
