Vegetarian Potato and Savoy Cabbage Casserole

The perfect vegetarian potato and savoy cabbage casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 piece Savoy
  • 4 piece Potato
  • 0,5 piece Onion
  • Cheese
  • Milk
  • Oil
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  1. Boil the potatoes for about 15 minutes (be careful: do not cook all the way through!)
  2. Wash the savoy cabbage, remove the stalk and briefly blanch.
  3. Finely chop the onion and fry in a little oil.
  4. Peel the potato and cut into thin slices. Layer alternately with savoy cabbage and onion. Season the milk with the salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over the gratin. Put the grated cheese on top.
  5. With the gratin function, baked to a golden yellow finish.
  6. Fish, meat or salad taste great with it. The gratin can be refined with ham, salmon or herbs.
