Mettpfanne with peppers and mandarins

In a large pan, fry the diced onions and ground pork with a little oil. Dice the bell peppers and cucumbers into 1-2 cm pieces. Add the diced meats to the pan and fry briefly, then add the chopped tomatoes. Season the mixture with soy sauce, a little ketchup, 1 teaspoon of meat juices, and curry powder. Be careful: Ground pork already contains pepper and salt, and the soy sauce is also salty. Let the sauce simmer for about 1 hour over low heat. 20 minutes before the end of cooking, add the mandarins and their juice, and thicken with a little thickener if necessary. This goes best with rice and a fresh leaf salad.
