Haddock Fillet with Apple-cucumber-vegetables and Honey-mustard Sauce

Haddock fillet
- 4 Haddock fillet
- Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Salt
Honey mustard sauce
- 30 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Honey liquid
- Salt
- Pepper
Apple and cucumber vegetables
- 2 Cucumber fresh
- 2 Apples
- 2 Fresh onion
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation of haddock fillet
- Clean the fish fillet, sour, salt and turn in flour. Let some rapeseed oil get hot in a pan. Fry the fish fillet on both sides for about 3 minutes.
Preparing vegetables
- For the vegetables, peel the cucumbers, cut in half lengthways and cut into slices. Wash apples and cut into wedges. Peel and dice the onion. Sweat the butter and sweat the onion in it. Add the cucumber, apples and sugar. sauté for a few minutes. Salt and pepper.
Preparation of the sauce
- For the sauce, melt the butter, stir in the mustard and bring to the boil again. Add honey, stir. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
