Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sugar
- 6 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 250 g margarine
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups whipped cream, whipped stiff
- ½ pack of cream powder (vanilla cream of paradise)
- 4 tbsp sugar
- ½ bag(s) desiccated coconut
- 100 g butter, possibly less
- 100 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the batter ingredients thoroughly and spread onto a baking sheet. Bake at 160°C (325°F) for 20 minutes. Combine the sour cream, custard, and sugar. Fold in the whipped cream and spread over the cooled cake. Brown the desiccated coconut, butter, and sugar, let them cool, and then add them to the mixture.
