Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g sunflower seeds
  • 250 g honey
  • 15 g ginger, finely weighed
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp allspice, ground
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder, not instant

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes

Roast and grind the sunflower seeds, then mix well with honey, cocoa powder, and spices. Press into a 20 cm loaf pan. Refrigerate for 1-2 days to allow the spices to infuse. Finally, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
