Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g sunflower seeds
- 250 g honey
- 15 g ginger, finely weighed
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp allspice, ground
- 2 tsp cocoa powder, not instant

Roast and grind the sunflower seeds, then mix well with honey, cocoa powder, and spices. Press into a 20 cm loaf pan. Refrigerate for 1-2 days to allow the spices to infuse. Finally, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
