Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious with all kinds of pasta

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the package instructions. Drain through a sieve. Then fry in a hot pan with a dash of oil. Heat the milk in a saucepan, add both types of processed cheese and melt in the warm milk, stirring until smooth. Add the diced ham. The sauce should initially have a creamy but still runny consistency. Do not allow it to boil! Season generously with salt, pepper and parsley. Pour this sauce over the pan-fried spaghetti, mix well and reduce slightly over low heat. Serve immediately. Notes: The amount and type of processed cheese can be adjusted according to your taste. Tastes delicious and spicy, similar to a carbonara.
