Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 75 g raw ham, diced, reduced-fat
  • 200 g cream cheese, grainy, light
  • 1 shot of milk, low-fat
  • 2 pinches of pepper
  • 1 tsp basil, dried or fresh
  • 20 g cheese, grated, light
  • 10 g Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

low in calories and quick to make

Finely chop the onion. Press the garlic through a garlic press and fry both with the raw ham cubes in a large pan. Add the grainy cream cheese and the splash of milk to the pan, season with pepper and basil, and mix well. Cover and simmer for one to two minutes over low heat. Stir well. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix. Serve on plates and sprinkle with grated cheese and Parmesan cheese. The sauce has about 200 kcal per serving. Tip: If you want a very low-calorie dish, omit the cheese at the end or use zucchini or carrot spaghetti instead of regular pasta. To do this, use a vegetable peeler or spiralizer to cut the vegetables into spaghetti or tagliatelle shapes, add them to the pan with the sauce, mix, and simmer with the lid on for a few minutes until the vegetables are cooked through.
