Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized potatoes, new
  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 50 g salmon ham
  • 30 g semi-hard cheese (e.g. Edam, Lindenberger)
  • 1 pack of 8 herbs, frozen or fresh herbs to taste
  • Iodized salt
  • pepper
  • mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the potatoes in their skins until tender. Peel the onion and dice as small as possible. Dice the smoked ham and cheese as small as possible. Thaw the herbs, or finely chop fresh herbs and add them to the quark. Mix the quark with a little mineral water until smooth, stir in the cheese and ham cubes, and season the quark with salt and pepper. Peel the potatoes and serve with the quark.
