Ham and Garlic Pepperoni Pan
The perfect ham and garlic pepperoni pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Whole wheat spaghetti
- 125 g Cooked ham
- 4 Garlic cloves chopped
- 2 Hot peppers
- 4 Fresh tomato
- 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Mozzarella
- 10 Basil leaves
- Cook the whole wheat spaghetti until soft.
- Peel the garlic and chop finely
- Core and finely chop the peppers
- Dice the boiled ham
- Heat the olive oil in the pan and roast the garlic, peppers and boiled ham in it
- Add the wholemeal spaghetti, mix everything together and roast a little
- During this time, roughly chop the tomatoes and cut out the flower base
- Drain the mozzarella and cut finely
- Put the tomatoes in the pan and briefly roast them again.
- 1 Put 1/2 mozzarellas in the pan and let melt down.
- Add the basil leaves and fold in.
- Now place everything on flat plates, sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella pieces and serve.
