Ham and Salami Sandwich
The perfect ham and salami sandwich recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 disc Toast
- 70 g Raw ham
- 50 g Salami
- 1 piece Mini cucumber
- 1 piece Fresh tomato
- 50 g Olive black
- 1 handful Arugula
- 1 piece Fresh avocado
- 1 piece Fresh lime
- 2 tsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- Salt, pepper, chilli powder
- Cut the rind off the toast toast and let cool.
- Meanwhile, cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Cut the avocado meat in circles and remove from the shell and place in a tall mug.
- Squeeze the lime and add to the avocado.
- Add the creme fraîche to the avocado and finely puree everything with a hand blender and season with salt, pepper and chilli powder.
- Wash the Rocula and spin dry. Wash tomatoes and cucumbers. Remove the stem from the tomato. Cut the ends of the cucumber and cut both into slices. Drain the olives and cut them into slices.
- Brush the toasts with 1.5 teaspoons each of avocado cream. Cover two slices with salami, spread the cucumber on top, spread the olives. Place a slice of toast with the coated side on each of them and brush the uncoated side with avocado cream. Place the ham on top, spread the tomatoes on top, spread the rocket on top. Now place the last two slices on top and cut in half diagonally.
