Ham, cheese and leek salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g cooked ham, sliced
  • 100 g salmon ham, sliced
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 250 g Edam cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the leek into thin rings, halve it, and add it to the bowl. Cut the cheese into small cubes and add it to the bowl. Cut the cooked ham into small square slices and add it. Cut the smoked ham into square slices, but fry them in a pan until crispy first. Thin the sour cream with a little milk until the desired consistency is reached and pour it over the salad. Let the salad marinate and enjoy!
