Place the slices, whole or cut up (as desired), on a microwave-safe plate. If possible, ensure that the pieces are not touching. If they extend over the edge of the plate, it’s okay, as the ham shrinks considerably. Microwave uncovered at 750 watts for 3-4 minutes. Watch and check for desired crispness and browning. Immediately place on kitchen paper and press down gently to remove any remaining grease! Tastes great on their own, crumbled over salad, on bread with quark, or on a sandwich. The chips are very spicy, crispy, and salty, so they’re not to everyone’s taste. I think they’re a great change for a change in diet, especially because of their low fat, calorie, and carbohydrate content! Three slices have about 50 kcal and 1 g of fat.
