  • 450 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger, fresh (or powder)
  • 1 tsp red curry paste
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 chili peppers, red or green

Instructions

Slice the onions into rings and brown them with the garlic and ginger. Then add the curry paste and coconut milk and bring to a boil. Now add the sliced ​​chicken breast and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Season with soy sauce and bring back to a boil. Finally, garnish with the sliced ​​chilies.
