Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 450 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 4 spring onions
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tsp ginger, fresh (or powder)
- 1 tsp red curry paste
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 chili peppers, red or green
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Slice the onions into rings and brown them with the garlic and ginger. Then add the curry paste and coconut milk and bring to a boil. Now add the sliced chicken breast and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Season with soy sauce and bring back to a boil. Finally, garnish with the sliced chilies.
