Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta (penne or croissants)
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 g diced ham
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- some milk
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Simple and fast
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Dice the onion. Fry it with the ham in hot oil. Add the cooked pasta. Whisk the eggs with a little milk and add them. Fry for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
