Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g cooked ham, cut into fine strips
- 200 g cheese (e.g. Gouda, Emmental), grated
- 500 g pasta (spirelli or a similar shape)
- salt water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions and drain. Layer the pasta alternately with the cheese and cooked ham in a microwave-safe bowl. Just before serving, heat again in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese. A classic cucumber salad goes well with this dish.
