Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta of your choice
  • salt water
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 g cream
  • 250 g cooked ham
  • 150 ml tomato ketchup
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • pepper, black
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 3 tbsp margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

First, bring the salted water to a boil; do not add any oil! Then add the pasta to the boiling water and cook until al dente. While the pasta is cooking, cut the ham into strips and finely chop the onion, parsley, and garlic clove. Crack the eggs into a measuring jug. Add the ketchup, cream, salt, sugar, pepper, paprika, and parsley to the measuring jug. Then whisk everything briefly. Heat the margarine in a pan and fry the ham, onion, and garlic clove in the pan (about 3 minutes). Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan. Fry everything together for about 7 minutes (don’t forget to stir). Now pour the mixture from the measuring jug into the pan and fry until the eggs set.
