Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g peas, frozen
- 500 g pasta, wide
- 2 tbsp butter
- 100 g ham (salmon ham)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 3 tbsp pesto, red from the jar
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- Salt and pepper, white from the mill
- 3 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
- Pepper, black from the mill
- 4 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Boil the eggs until soft-boiled, then rinse, peel, and halve. Finely dice the onion. Melt the butter in a pan. Sauté the ham, peas, and diced onion. Add the pesto, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, and pasta to the pan and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the ham pasta on warmed plates. Sprinkle with black pepper, top with the halved eggs, and serve.
