Arugula and parsley spread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g arugula
  • 25 g parsley, fresh
  • 1 garlic
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Tastes great not only as a spread on bread, but also for grilling or with boiled potatoes.

Sort the arugula and parsley, removing any thicker stems. Finely purée the garlic, parsley, and arugula with the oil in a food processor. Mix the cream cheese with the herb mixture and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a tightly sealed jar and refrigerate.
