Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g pasta (spirals)
- 200 ml cream
- 150 g feta cheese
- 6 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 1 tbsp clarified butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Ham pasta with feta, cream and parmesan
Cook the spiral pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente. Cut the cooked ham into small strips and fry in clarified butter. Once browned, add the cooked pasta and continue frying until golden. Then add the diced feta cheese and cream and simmer for 3 minutes, until the feta begins to melt. Finally, stir in the Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
